A Growth-Centred Workshop Series for Innovators in Lebanon

This training programme will equip SME founders and managers with the expertise to transform R&D achievements into commercially viable and resilient businesses. Designed by Joanne Karkour for SMEs that have already engaged in R&D activities, it provides a lean but structured action plan to strengthen financial discipline, sharpen strategic focus, and build scalable operating practices.

Aligned with the Innovation Programme’s pathway toward market readiness and growth, this track blends technical insights with practical application to prepare SMEs for the challenges of commercialization and expansion. It combines three in-person workshops with three online individual coaching sessions, ensuring both group learning and tailored guidance. Through interactive exercises and real-world tools, founders will gain the confidence to implement effective business practices that support growth and long-term resilience.

By the end of the track, participants will be equipped to master core financial metrics and pricing strategies, design strategic roadmaps, refine strategy and customer focus, and establish operating systems that enable them to scale their innovations effectively supported by KPI scoreboards and accountability systems.
